Testimonials

OUR SUSTAINABILITY COMMITMENT

When possible, we use local and organic ingredients, with a preference for OceanWise, hormone-free and range-/cage-free food products. We also use recyclable packaging and reusable containers. All food waste is composted.

Sustainability

We also specialize in integrating sustainability initiatives into events, including recycled materials, recyclable packaging, recycling stations and “green guidelines” for attendees.

Frequently Asked Questions

Q: Some of my guests have food allergies and dietary restrictions. Is that a problem?

A: No worries – we can easily create menus that address allergies and restrictions, including healthy, low-fat and gluten-free menus.

Q: Do you buy local or organic?

A: Wherever possible! We try to source local, seasonal produce, as well as OceanWise, hormone-free and range-/cage-free food products. Recyclable packaging and reusable containers are used where possible. All food waste is composted.

Q: I’m really busy and don’t have time to cook. Could you make weekly meals that I can just heat up?

A: Absolutely – that’s one of our favourite things to do. And if you have any dietary restrictions or specific food preferences, just let us know. We can prepare a range of fresh foods for you to enjoy throughout the week.

Q: Do you require payment in advance?

A: A 50% deposit is required to secure the initial contract. An additional 25% payment is due the day of the event; the remaining 25% will be invoiced within five business days of the event.

Q: What’s your cancellation policy?

A: We will refund 100% of your initial deposit if cancelled 60+ days out. Any event cancelled within 59 days of the scheduled catered event will result in a forfeiture of your deposit. Note that our event management cancellation policy can change depending on the complexities of the actual event; please ask us for further details.

Q: Do you offer just event management as a service on its own?

A: Definitely. We’re skilled in event logistics, and happy to provide you with customized event management services, depending on the needs of your event.
