World Dairy Summit
Oversaw the set-up, maintained and handled logistics for a fully functioning Milk Bar; ensured the Milk Bar was stocked with numerous milk products for the duration of the Summit, and available to 1,000+ conference delegates; handled everything from portable refrigeration and freezer units, to stock management. Also oversaw logistics for a cheese bu ffet consisting of 200+ imported cheeses from around the world, including transport, storage, prep and serving, while incorporating the input of numerous international cheese chefs.
International Astronautical Congress
Managed a $500,000+ catering budget for a ten-day international conference of 3,000+ delegates, including a wide range of food and/or alcohol/wine functions, menu selections, sponsorship management and themes.
KPMG Mining Event at MCL Motors
Oversaw the logistics of a comprehensive scotch tasting bar showcasing numerous scotches from around the world, including food parings.
BC Hydro Power Smart Forum and Excellence Awards
Over the span of four years, oversaw the negotiation and management of $1 million+ in catering contracts with the Vancouver Convention Centre. Implemented the healthy/sustainable menu selection program and VCC food expert management, as well as event sustainability guidelines for both conference/event attendees as well as tradeshow exhibitors.
Consular Corps Spring Ball
Managed event logistics for this formal spring ball, held at the Fairmont Hotel Vancouver and attended by over 200 guests, including Consul Generals and Honorary Consul Generals.
BC Liberal Fundraising Events for Premier Gordon Campbell
Managed event logistics for numerous $1,000/person events, which were attended by 150+ guests, including the Premier and several members of his caucus.
Sam Sullivan Fundraising Event
Managed event logistics for this $1,000/person event, which was attended by 165 people. Event generated over $175,000 in campaign fund contributions.
