We can manage all financial aspects of a conference and/or event, including catering (food and beverage), support staff, décor, rentals, audio visual, speaker management, hotel and venue selection/management, as well as contractual negotiations for independent proprietors, hotels, the Vancouver Convention Centre or any third-party supplier.
MARKETING
We’re skilled at developing marketing strategies for events and conferences, with expertise in both online and traditional media, including websites, brochures, signage, event apps, email campaigns and social media.
EVENT LOGISTICS
We’re adept at negotiating contracts and executing pre and onsite event logistics, including audio visual, speaker management, venue/room management, décor, entertainment, photography, videography, hotel room blocks, sponsorship, volunteer management and negotiation of entertainment contracts.
PROGRAM DEVELOPMENT
Our program development expertise sets us apart. We work with your professional team to develop program sessions, lead volunteer program committees, manage development and approval processes and coordinate production run-sheets for onsite execution, as well as speaker management and calls for speakers.
